first of all I would say this shoe fits a bit small I wear size 10w and I had to take on extra wide 11. that aside I've had these boots for about a month now, I go out this time of year hunting Morel mushrooms, and I end up in all kinds of soil, rocks, dirt, mud, soft areas with lots of leaves and weeds, and so far they are holding up well, be waterproof and get really good traction. also I forgot to mention weigh less than combat boots, they
